Do you travel to Steamboat Springs?

Yes — Steamboat Springs is one of our most requested mountain destinations. We're experienced with the US-40 and I-70 mountain corridors and arrive fully prepared for your event. Travel fees apply for events outside the Denver metro; contact us for a custom quote that includes your location.

How far in advance should I book for a Steamboat Springs wedding?

Steamboat's peak wedding season (June through October) fills quickly. We strongly recommend reaching out 12–18 months in advance to secure your date. Winter ski season events also book early — don't wait if you have a specific date in mind.

Can you perform outdoors at mountain venues?

Absolutely. We're fully equipped for indoor ballrooms, outdoor terraces, tented receptions, and even remote ceremony locations with our battery powered sound systems. We coordinate directly with your venue on power requirements, AV setup, and any weather contingencies.

Will you learn new songs for our wedding?

Yes! We have an enormous list of songs, but we are happy to learn up to 3 new songs for your special dances. We can also learn them simply as selections that we don't already cover, but that are important to you.

What genres do you cover?

We named ourselves The Radio Band on purpose. We literally cover just about everything. Motown, classic rock, Top 40, R&B, hip-hop, disco, funk, country, jazz standards, Indie Folk, and more. We read the room and build energy throughout the night to keep every generation on the dance floor.

How long do you perform?

A typical wedding package includes up to 4 hours of reception performance time. Breaks are covered by curated music playlists at no additional charge, so there's never a gap in the music. Extended performance time is available — just ask.

Do you handle sound and lighting?

Yes. We arrive with professional sound equipment and coordinate with your venue's existing AV infrastructure. Extended production and lighting packages are also available for events that want an elevated setup or that require multiple setups. Let us handle the technical side so you can focus on your guests.
